The Head Delegate is a highly prestigious position and the success of the class depends on the attitude and involvement of this individual. A new leader is selected each semester. Head Delegates work alongside the Instructors to help shape the atmosphere of the class. As a Head Delegate you will gain skills in leadership, compromising, negotiating, time management, logistical planning, instructing classes, helping formulate curriculum, editing assignments and many other skills. To become a Head Delegate you must demonstrate your commitment to the betterment of the class and have a clear plan of how the class can improve. Often the Head Delegate is chosen from returning students, on some occasions this is not an option.
